The companies used to create products and promote them to sell their production, the clients didn’t have too many options so they buy what the companies offered at that moment. Now the company has to much more to concern about. Using Internet the clients have the opportunity to find out products that fill completely their needs. To improve a business, besides to promote the products for sale, the companies have to be in constant communication with the clients asking for their specific needs.
