Centerbase allow have immediate access to pricing information; updates on prices are made automatically through all related items in the system.
Customer Contract Management
Record and manage all transactions, communications and service related to customer commitments is possible with Centerbase, linking contracts to any object in the database; relate contracts to customers to the sales representatives who started the relationship.
Easy Data Import
Import data from sources like Outlook, (like e-mail contacts and folders), or another CRM tools like ACT!, Goldmine, is possible with Centerbase. It is also possible import CSV files and even export data, update it and then re-import it to have the correct information.
Email Integration
