Also known as Request, this Compiere tool is used to accumulate and track activities form initiation to closure in the relationship with customers.

•    Confirmation requests.
•    Access to the customer record by the employees that need the information.
•    Ensure requests, set up assignment, notifications and escalation rules.
•    Confirmations emails to requesters.
•    Access to request through queue or from the customer record.
•    Compiere Self-service, the customers can submit new request and query the requests database from a web browser.

•    Customers can review status on an account balances or invoices.
•    Self-register customers for permission based marketing lists or to download product and service documentation.
