Applying Customer Relationship Management software in a business is a good strategy to improve relations with clients and consequently have larger sales, is necessary store important data about customers, extract key knowledge and have the necessary experience to manage that information to get better relationships with customers and offer them what they are looking for, of course in consequence with more sales the income of organizations will be higher.

To understand the real requirements of clients, the companies must pay attention to their comments, suggestions, complains, inquiries, and store that information and then extract it and understand it, in that manner could understand real needs that mean increase in their sales.  

The use of a Data Mining tool is find out the buying behaviors of the customers as customs, likes or dislikes, discover facts of why certain type of persons buy certain products. Storing all the data in a Data Warehouse software is the first step, then the data needs to be processed in a way that it will be easy to detect buying patterns to be prepared to schedule production, supplies, time of employees, kind to products to be offer in days, months, etc.

Data mining, for example, is used commonly in grocery stores to discover strange patterns of clients and take advantage of that showing the merchandise in a way that it could be promoted to sale and push it to buy it, data mining can be used in any kind of business.

Data mining is methodoly that can be defined as the processing of large quantity of data in order to discover patterns, correlations, tendencies and customers behaviors to bring them better services and therefore, improve the company income.
